A Tattersalls October Yearling sale Book 1 purchase, this British-bred is by Cheveley Park Stud resident Kyllachy (Pivotal) who was a top-class sprinter and his progeny tend to be fast, precocious types. His broodmare sire is Gone West (Mr Prospector who was also the broodmare sire of Epsom Derby winner Motivator (Montjeu). He is a full-brother to dual 6f Listed placed Enact. Their dam Constitute is out of Appointed One (Danzig) who is an own sister to Group 2 winning miler and sire Emperor Jones, two-year-old Listed winner Majlood and Group 3 placed Qui Danzig. 17 black-type horses appear in the pedigree including Champion two-year-old Bakharoff.

Assembly has made huge physical progress and is rapidly developing into a most imposing individual. He has recently had a break from training at Benson Stud, but is now back at Sommerville Lodge and has settled into his routine happily.
