Bought at the 2009 Tattersalls October Yearlings Book 2 sale, Expose is by Whitsbury Manor Stud stallion Compton Place (Indian Ridge). He is a half-brother to four winners who have won over distances from 6-7f. Their dam Show Off (Efisio) is a half-sister to Easy Option (Prince Sabo), a Listed winner over five furlongs and second in the Group 2 Prix du Gros Chene. She became the dam of Group 1 Sussex Stakes and Prix de la Foret winner Court Masterpiece (Polish Precedent) and Group 3 Prix de Saint-Georges winner Maybe Forever (Zafonic). Show Off’s other half-sister Wanton (Kris) was the dam of Group 1 Irish 1,000 Guineas winner Classic Park (Robellino) who in turn was the dam of Group 1 Epsom Derby second Walk in the Park (Montjeu).

William is really happy with Expose. He has been doing all his exercise on the treadmill which the horse thoroughly enjoys. He will be ridden very soon and William plans to have him out as soon as possible.
