A Tattersalls October Yearling sale Book 1 graduate, he is by Excellent Art (Pivotal) who has had 20 individual two-year-old winner from his first crop including Group 3 winner Experience. This bay colt is a half-brother to the outstanding miler Canford Cliffs (Tagula) who took the scalp of super mare Goldikova in the 2011 Queen Anne Stakes and was the winner of five Group 1 races. Their dam Mrs Marsh (Marju) was unraced but is a half-sister to Pina Colada (Sabrehill) and Ellmau (Dr Fong) who were both Group placed. His third dam won 10 races from three to five years including the Group 2 Wilshire Handicap at Hollywood Park.

Pembroke has just had a short break at Benson Stud to give him the oppertunity to develop and mature. He has returned to William’s looking absolutely fantastic and he will be back cantering again shortly.
