Last Share Available in Whiskey Lullaby

2nd January, 2020

We are now down to the last available share in the Highclere’s newest National Hunt syndicate with trainer Paul Nicholls.

The four-year-old mare Whiskey Lullaby, by Stowaway, showed abundant promise when runner-up in an Irish point in October and is a mare with size, great scope and athleticism.  She also has a super pedigree, being a half-sister to the high-class Petit Robin (167-rated and Queen Mother placed).

Highclere has recently enjoyed tremendous success with three other mares trained by Paul Nicholls – Danse Idol, If You Say Run and Posh Trish – and hopes are high that this is another potentially very smart performer.  The average BHA rating for Highclere’s National Hunt horses in training is 140, so Whiskey Lullaby becomes the latest recruit to a really high-quality roster of jumpers.
