Pageantry gets off to a flying start at Seymour!

23rd January, 2017

Pageantry, a two-year-old daughter of Australia's hottest sire I Am Invincible, made the perfect start to her racing career with a win at Seymour under Daniel Moor. Trained by Lee and Anthony Freedman, Pageantry was restrained to sit behind the leaders and when switched into the clear on straightening came home with a powerful finish to win by a length and a quarter. Bred by Yarraman Park, Pageantry is the first winner out of the stakes-placed mare Andromache, a daughter of dual Group 1 winner Mythical Play. Lee Freedman has always held this filly in high regard and now she is off and running it will be fascinating to hear what plans he has in store for her.
