Three in Forty Minutes on Saturday

9th September, 2017

Highclere will have a busy hour today, with three runners at three different tracks between 3.15pm and 3.55pm which kicks of with Commodity for the Wellington Syndicate in the London Mile Series Final at 3.15pm. The all-weather final has assembled a full field of sixteen, where Commodity sits in the top half of betting at 11/1 to take out the first prize of £37,350. Commodity is a track and distance winner, but faces his toughest test to date here. The St Saviour Syndicate continues their summer jumps season with St Saviour at Stratford at 3.40pm, and the TS Eliot Syndicate will hope for a three-peat of wins for Mam'selle today at Ascot in the 3.55pm as she steps up to take on the boys in the £100,000 Appletiser Stakes (Heritage Handicap). While she takes an almight leap in class today, Mam'selle gets in light at the weights and loves soft ground so we're hoping she can continue on the upward curve this afternoon.

Highclere Managed horses are also represented this after with the Royal Ascot Racing Club's Projection lining up in the Chapel Down Handicap down the Ascot straight six at 5.05pm. Projection will hope to make it a day out for his RARC members after running performing well here in the Wokingham at the Royal Meeting to finish a close third. He currently sits atop of the betting for Roger Charlton and Kieran Shoemark at 4/1. And Great Sound will fly the flag for Bermuda Thoroughbred Racing at Haydock's feature meeting today in the Handicap over one mile and six furlongs. The son of Galileo is hoping to take his record to three wins from only four starts today and faces his toughest test in the £100,000 event.

Wishing our owners all the very best of luck today!
