Whatduhavtoget Cheltenham Bound

8th December, 2016

The Presenting Syndicate will be treated to day at Cheltenham on Friday 9th December as their promising filly Whatduhavtoget lines up in the £12k Catesby Handicap Hurdle at 3.15pm. The four-year-old daughter of Presenting looks like having her fair share of ability after finishing two pound inferior to La Bague Au Roi at Wetherby on the 12th of November, before that filly went on to demolish a quality field in the Listed Thoroughbred Breeders' Association Mares' Novices Hurdle at Newbury on the 26th November.

Dan Skelton has reported Whatduhavtoget to be training in brilliant order at home and believes that her hurdle mark of 125, with form behind La Bague Au Roi, will put her well in contention for the Cheltenham race on Friday, where she will face twelve opponents. It is interesting to see that only two four-year-olds have won this race in the past, neither being of the fairer sex, so she will have to produce a strong performance tomorrow but one her trainer thinks she is certainly capable of producing. With Harry Skelton booked to pilot, we are all looking forward to seeing Whatduhavtoget support the pale and navy blue silks around the famous Cheltenham circuit.
