A colt that oozes class and looks a real potential Classic middle-distance three-year-old in the making, we were over the moon when he was secured at the Goffs Orby Sale in Ireland.  He will be trained in Newmarket by Roger Varian, who excels with this type, and his racecourse debut is one that will be greatly anticipated.

A Champion 2yo, Camelot was an even more brilliant racehorse at three, with the speed to win the 2,000 Guineas, class to win the Derby and only just failing in his attempt to land the Triple Crown in the St Leger.  By the sire of sires Montjeu, his reputation as a stallion has increased with each year and in 2019 he was the leading third crop sire.  His top performers include the Irish Derby winner Latrobe, Belmont Oaks winner Athena and Criterium de Saint-Cloud winner Wonderment. His dam Danehill’s Dream was unraced but she is a proven black-type producer, with five winners from eight runners.  Her 2019 2yo Yesterdayoncemore won a Listed race at Del Mar and Viking Storm has also been Listed-placed.  The family includes some tremendous racehorses like Derby winner Dr Devious, Oaks winner Dancing Rain and Champion 2yo filly Maybe.

Title is a big, rangy colt who is unlikely to be seen on the track before the autumn. He is a particularly good mover who covers plenty of ground and has made really good physical progress.
