Occupy (USA)

When this colt walked past at the 2016 Keeneland September Yearling Sale, a half to our own multiple Group Two winner Telescope, it was hard to find reason to ignore him. Footage of the colt confirmed this, so we moved quickly and secured him for $80,000USD.

From the first crop of Declaration of War, Occupy made his mark winning on his two-year-old debut for classic-winning trainer Ralph Beckett. This season Occupy has competed at Royal Ascot and Glorious Goodwood and, in recognition of his ability, the official handicapper retains Occupy at his highest mark – 88. At Wolverhampton last time he travelled all over the winner and was only caught close home by a well-handicapped Irish-trained four-year-old.

Ralph Beckett and HTR are confident there is another victory in Occupy.
