Redgrave (IRE)

This handsome individual is by Lope De Vega, who is one of the most exciting young sires around by the great Shamardal, producing four Group-winning two-year-olds in his first crop from five to seven furlongs, including Belardo, winner of The Dewhurst Stakes (Gr 1). He is from Her Majesty The Queens great female family of Trying For Gold who has produced multiple Group winners, including Phantom Gold and Fictitious. Redgrave had three starts as a two-year-old and ran his best race when second at Salisbury in soft ground.
