Whitehall (GB)

We've got a soft spot for Dansili as the sire of Harbinger, our World Champion in 2010. Whitehall is not unlike Harbinger in that he boasts a great physique and terrific movement. He is out of the Group One winner Majestic Roi who has produced four winners from four runners including the Group winner Noor Al Hawa.

Whitehall had three educational runs last season and took a little while to warm up this term. Whitehall, having won gamely with headgear at Nottingham, had the visor left off when he was beat by a neck at Sandown (Data Protection the winner went on to win an even better race next time). Whitehall, visor resumed, gave away so much ground at the start of his latest race at Kempton that he had no prospects of getting involved.

Hopefully Whitehall can show us his true ability in his Autumn campaign.
