The King Charles I Syndicate is the first yearling syndicate to launched in Australia by Highclere Thoroughbred Racing.

This syndicate is named after the famous portrait of King Charles I, which hangs in the dining room at Highclere Castle. The Flemish painter, Anthony Van Dyck, depicted Charles I on horseback accompanied by his riding master, Pierre Antoine Bourdon, Seigneur de St Antoine. The painting is thought to have been painted in 1633.
