Trainers

HTR employs a selection of top racehorse trainers in each syndicate based in different areas of the country. This reduces the risk of an equine virus being a threat to any one syndicate and gives owners the chance of being involved with different leading stables. At present we employ two racehorse trainers in Hampshire, one a piece in Somerset and Wiltshire, two in Berkshire, eight in Newmarket and two in North Yorkshire.

Regular visits to the yards are organised throughout the season, which enables owners to assess for themselves how their horses are progressing and to talk to the trainers.

HTR works very closely with all of the trainers in order to ensure that the latest information on the progress of the horses is regularly conveyed to the owners and to discuss running plans for each horse.
