Emma joined the Highclere roster of trainers in 2010. She started training at Cottage Stables in Hatherden, Hampshire in 1998 having first worked for Toby Balding as secretary and latterly as pupil and assistant trainer.
Prior to obtaining her trainer’s licence, Emma spent a season at Belmont, New York, working for Claude McGaughey III as well as working for the National Trainers Federation when it was based in London.
Emma has trained two Cheltenham Festival winners and had her best season numerically last year.
