Harry Derham set up training in 2022 having been assistant trainer to champion trainer Paul Nicholls for six years. Before that he rode 50 winners as a jockey, so he has a wealth of experience behind him as he embarks on a training career.

Harry’s purpose-built new facility is nestled amongst 90 acres of Berkshire countryside and boasts two all-weather gallops, a raft of schooling facilities, walker, lunge pen, turn out paddocks, owner’s room and capability to house 51 horses.

Harry has had a successful start to his training career highlighted by a Cheltenham Festival victory from Givemefive and multiple Listed race successes. Notably, Washington who gave Harry his first Irish success in the €100,000 Bar One Racing Fairyhouse Handicap Hurdle. With a consistent and impressive 25% strike rate Harry enters the 2025/26 season with great ambition to build on his growing success.
