Carry On The Magic was a National Hunt horse trained by Paul Nicholls who finished placed in two of his seven runs. He now has a very happy home since his retirement in 2022 with Alyssa Crook who sent the following update via Sue Craddock:

Magic is being ridden and kept by a young 28yr old lady called Alyssa Crook.

She and a friend rent a small yard near Hook Hants, and she has private use of a dressage school near by. Her Mother is a retired show jumper, she is knowledgeable back up for horses. Alyssa has a good career and is buying her own home. She adores Magic like everyone who meets him, the Physiotherapist, the farrier, the vet. He is so special.

Magic has been with Alyssa for 3 years, she is schooling him over jumps. She hopes to event him. Last year she won the ROR dressage at Hickstead qualifying for Nationals at Blenheim coming 4th with comments from the judge: ”this is a horse to watch”!

He has qualified for Nationals again at Aintree this year. It has given her so much pleasure to be a part of his retraining.
